JUBILATION

IMAGE OF RED AND WHITE PARROT TULIP

The parrot tulip is the most flamboyant and colourful of all tulips with beautiful curled and feathered petals. Tulips were first cultivated in the Ottoman Empire (now Turkey) before being exported to the Netherlands where their popularity fuelled a futures craze that ended badly for investors and the economy in general.

In this example, raspberry rippled petals appear to have been edged with pinking shears. A floral expression of joy and happiness.

Jubilation is available as a matt-finished limited edition giclée print on fine art paper. You may purchase your image below or first order a swatch - see the page headed FAQs for more information. Please feel free to get in touch with me via the CONTACT page if you have any further questions.

All images are protected with acid free tissue paper so as to avoid scratches and are shipped in reinforced poster tubes.
